Ryan specializes in serving institutional and private landlords of class A, B and historic office properties in Portland’s urban core. As a member of Colliers’ Urban Landlord Partners (ULP), Ryan is part of a collaborative team of Colliers professionals located in Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, and Los Angeles whose driving principals are to reduce asset vacancy and increase net operating income.

This distinctive platform enables landlords to connect to a single point of accountability, leverage ULP’s cross-market resources, and access in-depth local market knowledge. The group currently represents more than 11 million square feet of institutional-grade and historic properties across the West Coast for owners such as RREEF, Harsch Investment Properties, Blackrock, and Regency Centers.
